Amy has been a Nurse Practitioner for over 14 years, and for the last 13 years her primary focus has been on health, wellness and anti-aging solutions – including cosmetic injectables. She is passionate about customizing skincare programs and health plans to help her clients look and feel their best! She created The DowntownWellness Spa to offer a trusted comprehensive wellness clinic to help others find the best version of themselves both internally and externally. Amy knows we deserve to feel good about ourselves and wants others to see their beauty inside and out.
Stefani Johnston is a board-certified Nurse Practitioner with additional certification in gynecologic and reproductive health, and a member of the American Menopause Society. She graduated from Valparaiso University in 1999 and has spent her career in women's health and hormone management at various institutions throughout Northeast Indiana. Stefani specializes in hormone management for both men and women, with a focus on personalized care and symptom reduction — helping patients feel like themselves again. Whether you are navigating the challenges of menopause, andropause, or hormonal imbalance, Stefani is committed to creating a care plan tailored specifically to you.
Melisa Rizvic (BSN, RN) attended college at Indiana University Fort Wayne to pursue her career goals of becoming a nurse. She started her nursing career as a Labor and Delivery Nurse, and is now a nurse injector on our team! She is very excited to be following her passion into Aesthetics and Wellness nursing. Melisa specializes in weight loss solutions, neurotoxins, filler, Sculptra, MoveoGlo facials, consultations, and IV therapy. She is eager to provide you with compassionate care and help you achieve your goals!
Claire attended Purdue Fort Wayne in which she received her bachelors degree in Science of Nursing. She started her nursing career as a Progressive RN in the hospital. Claire specializes in Neurotoxins, Filler, Sculptra, Skivnvive, and our Weight Loss Programs. She hopes to make you feel welcomed at the spa while leaving feeling confident in your body.
Dr. Ryan Karmouta is a board-certified dermatologist. He is an expert in medical aesthetic treatments including neurotoxins, such as Botox® and Dysport®, and dermal fillers. Dr. Ryan completed his transitional year at Harvard-affiliated Cambridge Health Alliance in Boston followed by residency training in Dermatology at UCLA Health in Los Angeles. He received his Doctor of Medicine from Harvard Medical School, and Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School. Dr. Ryan graduated summa cum laude from New York University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology.
